Pre Assembly 5 working days – One of our Engineers will assemble the bike for you to be sent on a pallet with its original box. Please keep the box in tact in case of return.
Built with an award-winning, sturdy, yet aesthetically pleasing design, the one of a kind Life Fitness IC7 features an extremely accurate WattRate Power Meter high grade features to provide you with the ultimate indoor cycling experience, whether that be in your commercial or home gym.
The new IC7 Group Exercise Bike from Life Fitness is built with solid steel for strength and stability and finished with a sleek Matte Slate colour. Its off-set frame features a 155mm Q-Factor for a real road bike feel, while full frame shrouds and guards, oversized frame stabiliser bars with hidden bolts/fixings, and moulded form-fit protection and stretch plates are also incorporated into the design. The IC7 is complete with four levelling feet and two transport wheels to assist with positioning and transportation.

TWO-STAGE DRIVETRAIN
With an immense 1:11 gear ratio this two-stage drivetrain, with ICG’s hybrid Poly-V and tooth belt technology, transfers extreme levels of torque smoothly and generates an incredibly fast flywheel speed.
WATTRATE DIRECT POWER METER
The most accurate power meter in the industry offers a direct measuring tolerance of +/- 1%. Photocells directly measure the torsion of the spindle, and never require recalibration.
WATTRATE COLOR TFT COMPUTER
A bright, self-powered, integrated TFT screen and a front LED. This patented feature displays training intensity for both user and trainer. Connects training data to external devices via Bluetooth and ANT+.
300 DEGREE MAGNETIC RESISTANCE
The 300-degree dial offers 100 clicked increments and displays resistance level as 0 to 100% on the WattRate TFT computer—all at one flick of the user‘s wrist.
SELF-POWERED GENERATOR
No batteries required. The compact generator at the flywheel captures energy provided by the user to recharge an integrated lithium polymer battery.
EASY ADJUSTMENTS
Four-way adjustments (saddle height, saddle fore/aft, handlebar height, handlebar fore/aft) ensure a finely tuned fit for all riders. Handlebar and seat integrated user-assist technology makes adjustments smooth and easy.
ADVANCED ERGO-FORMED HANDLEBAR
Soft PVC with a wide design for excellent support. Time Trial bar ends and central ride-easy positioning for comfort during any level of intensity.
