1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for most items purchased through our website within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

•The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

•All tags and packaging are intact.

•Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

•Digital products and subscriptions.

•Gift cards.

•Items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. Refund Eligibility

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

•Check your bank account.

•Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time for the refund to appear.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Please email us at sale@untamedstylesfitness.com.au to request a cancellation.
